Friendly staff made us feel welcome.

Our stay was quite disappointing. The room was not clean. we found blood on the sheets, and it took multiple requests to have them changed. Additionally, the service was extremely slow, and we had a frightening experience nearly getting stuck in the elevator. Paying $300 for such a stay in Honduras feels exorbitant given the conditions we encountered.

The hotel boasts a great location near shopping malls and offers a delightful breakfast buffet with plenty of options. Rooms are spacious and well-kept, though the staff seemed undertrained and less friendly at times, and the dinner service could use improvement.

Perfect Family Stopover!

We stayed for one night to catch a flight. The hotel felt super new and safe. Pizza made fresh at the pool bar was the highlight! Staff were really friendly, and we loved the city view from our room. Only thing was our room was kinda close to the elevator, so a lil' noise at times.

I loved the modern design of Hyatt Place San Pedro, featuring spacious, well-lit common areas that are very accessible. The staff were incredibly attentive, helping me with my luggage and providing excellent service throughout my stay.

Unexpected poolside delights

Our kids loved the pool area. Every day started with a hearty breakfast that included fresh pastries and fruits, making mornings delightful!

The initial check-in was confusing, and we found the staff at the entrance somewhat unwelcoming. Thankfully, the lobby experience improved our mood.
